Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Boone County, Iowa, will be receiving bids for proposed improvements for the following project known as Madrid Mainenance Facility, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room at the Boone County Courthouse located at 201 State Street, Boone, Iowa. At that time, bids will be received, opened and read aloud. Bids shall be open to acceptance and irrevocable for thirty (30) days from the Bid closing date.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract as deemed in the best interests of Boone County, Iowa.
