Boone County Conservation Board Part Time – Seasonal Office Clerk

The Boone County Conservation Board is seeking to fill a part time Office Clerk position. Location of work will be at Don Williams Recreation Area in Ogden. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 17 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Background check and drug test may be required. The ability to routinely lift 20 pounds and work in all weather conditions. Ability to operate a computer.

DESCRIPTION:

Answer phone calls about general park questions and take messages. Be responsible for opening and documenting camping registration tickets. Help the executive director by recording daily golf transactions. Under supervision of the director, be responsible for handling money. 

Use a computer for the purposes of data entry, word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, email and internet. Operate common office equipment such as calculators, fax, copiers, multi-line telephones. Help with organization and cleanliness of the office. May require other duties as assigned. Not to exceed 20 hours per week. 

Professionalism, good public relations, and time management are essential parts to this job. 

WAGE: $14.50/hr. 15-20 hours per week as needed.
