Public Notice to Bidder- Boone Maintenance Facility
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Boone County, Iowa, will be receiving bids for proposed improvements for the following project described herein, on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 10:00am in the Board Room at the Boone County Courthouse located at 201 State Street, Boone, Iowa. At that time, bids will be recieved, opened and read aloud. Bids shall be open to acceptance and irrevocable for thirty (30) days from the Bid closing date.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract as deemed in the best interests of Boone County, Iowa.
