Lease Opening- Golf Course Clubhouse

            The lease holder for the 2026 Golf Season will manage the newly built Don Williams Golf Course Clubhouse. The lease holder will be responsible for providing food and beverages to golfers, managing golf course sales and carts during operating hours, maintaining the clubhouse in good operating condition, and reporting unruly behavior on the course. The lease holder must get their own food and alcohol license, manage their deliveries to the clubhouse, and hold their own insurance. The leaseholder will earn 20% of all golf course sales, and 100% of all food, beverage, and goods sales.

The 2026 season will extend from April 15th, 2026 until October 15, 2026. The clubhouse must be open Tuesday through Sunday. The lease holder will be responsible for their own staff and managing their staff’s hours and payroll. The leaseholder will also be responsible to learn Boone County’s Point-Of-Sales system and have a separate system for their own sales.

The lease holder will not have the authority to make legal decisions about the golf course.
